My Community Testing, LLC. (“MyCommunityTesting” “we,” “us” and “our”).


This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose and store information you provide to us through MyCommunityTesting’s COVID19 software service offering (“MyCommunityTesting Covid19 Platform”) and any content or services made available from or through MyCommunityTesting, including any subdomains thereof (each, a “Site”).

You may always elect not to submit voluntary information, however, as a result, you may not be able to access certain Site features and functionality. B. Information We Collect Automatically We may also automatically collect information using cookies and other data collection tools. Online payments are passed via a secure socket layer to a payment processor where your information is tokenized (whereby a random number is generated to represent your payment). The payment processor is PCI compliant which ensures that your information is being handled in accordance with industry security standards.

With Third Party Service Providers Performing Services on Our Behalf We share information, including personal information, with our service providers to perform the functions for which we engage them. For Legal Purposes We also may share information that we collect from users as needed to enforce our rights, protect our property, or protect the rights, property or safety of others, or as needed to support external auditing, compliance and corporate governance functions. We will disclose personal information as we deem necessary to respond to a subpoena, regulation, binding order of a data protection agency, legal process, governmental request or other legal or regulatory process. We may also share personal information as required to pursue available remedies or limit damages we may sustain. C. With Partners and Customers of MyCommunityTesting.  We share information, including personal information, with our partners and customers who have engaged us to provide the Site. For example, we may provide the Site to healthcare providers who are using the Site and associated personal information to provide service to those under their care. D. Corporate Changes We may transfer information, including your personal information, in connection with a merger, sale, acquisition or other change of ownership or control by or of us or any affiliated company (in each case whether in whole or in part).


7. Security of Your Information
We use reasonable security measures designed to prevent unauthorized intrusion to the Site and the alteration, acquisition, or misuse of personal information that you provide to us through the use of the Site. However, the security of information transmitted through the Internet can never be guaranteed. We are not responsible for any interception or interruption of any communications through the internet or for changes to or losses of data. Users of the Site are responsible for maintaining the security of any code, password, user ID or other form of authentication involved in obtaining access to our Site. In order to protect you and your data, we may suspend your use of the Site, without notice, pending an investigation, if any breach of security is suspected.
